My Specialties

While I treat a range of folks with a diversity of identities and experiences, I specialize in areas that I have lived experience in and/ or receive advance training in. This includes: Somatic Therapy, Trauma Stewardship, Ecotherapy, LGBTQ+ Queer and Gender-Affirming Therapy, Polyamory & Consensual Nonmonogamy and Decolonization Practices.

I do not consider myself an expert in these particular areas, but these specialty areas are where I'm devoting time for research and professional development. Most of my clients and folks who engage with my content are exploring one or more of these specialties.
